This assessment takes into account all aspects of your life and will show the areas you’re happy with and the areas where there’s room for improvement and growth.  The questionnaire will give us a better picture of just how much you’re juggling and how much you’re trying to do. This will also give me an idea of who you are and what’s important to you.

Take Back Your Life Strategy Session

During our personal one-on-one time, you’ll discover what’s creating the stress and overwhelm and why.  You’ll learn how to let go of things that drain you and don’t serve you, without guilt! You’ll discover how to minimize those negative but necessary demands on your time, freeing you up to have more of what makes you happy and fulfilled.

After our call, you’ll receive an email with a personalized assignment based on our call, designed to keep you focused and on track.

Motivational Boost

Four weeks after our initial call, we’ll chat to see how you’re doing.  If something isn’t working, we’ll tweak it to make it work for you.
