You’re more than capable of doing the work on your own, you just want an easy to understand, step-by-step process to follow, something that takes out the guesswork and doesn’t leave you questioning what’s next. I’ve got just that for you!

This is the same 8-step, 12-week program as the WHOLE LIFE VISION, just minus the personal time with me. There won’t be the personal guidance, feedback and brainstorming, but the exact step-by-step process is the same.

  • You’re strong-willed and determined, you got this!
  • You’re responsible and you do what you say you’re going to do, you got this!

This is important:

There will be a lot of deep thinking and soul-searching work, especially in the first few weeks. It’s imperative that you take the time you need to complete these steps. Even if it means taking more than the week.

I won’t be on this journey with you, so it’s vital that you hold yourself accountable and do each step entirely. No skipping over it, and no skipping ahead!

The weekly emails will still arrive but you’re doing this solo – so set your own pace!
If you need two, or three weeks (or more!) to finish an exercise, take it. The emails won’t disappear. Just hold off until you’re ready for them.

These assignments and exercises MUST be done in order, and MUST be completed before moving on to the next one. I can’t stress this enough!!

  • A lifestyle questionnaire to assist you in finding clarity around your life.
  • 12 weekly emails; most will be assignments and exercises, however, towards the end of the 12 weeks, there will be a few weeks without new work, giving you time to put your plans into action.
